PREPAID WORK

I work on a 20/60/20 prepayment system. Our project is divided into three key stages: ‘Prototype - Design - Layout’. Upon completion of each stage, I will request payment as a percentage of the total project cost (20%, 60% and 20% respectively).

To make the work on the site move faster and more efficiently,
I ask you to structure the content you send:

- Photographs. If employee pictures are being submitted, add them into a separate folder with an indication of each employee's name.
- Texts. It is convenient to structure texts for the site in a single document (e.g., in Word format), with a clear caption for each block.

This will avoid confusion and speed up the process!

If the project is being discussed by a large team, please designate one or two responsible representatives to contact me. This will help to reduce the number of scattered comments and create a unified set of edits. Please coordinate all comments and decisions within the team in advance and provide me with final edits.

After each stage - Prototype, Design and Layout - one package of edits is provided. If you need to make additional edits, they are paid separately at the rate of 1500 rubles/hour.

It is very convenient if edits are made in one document, especially if there are more than 3-4 of them. For each edit, please attach a screenshot and describe what needs to be corrected. If there are few edits, everything can be discussed in general chat.

By default, I leave a small label in the footer of your site, which does not interfere with the perception at all, but indicates the author of the design. If you don't want to place it or sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), the cost of the project increases by 20%. The label allows new clients to contact me, and it's an important part of my professional reputation.
